The reason JLB is going under different names is because they know they have a horrible reputation. The health dept. can't stand them, the Mt. Lebanon municipal workers can't stand them, and the tenants hate them! JLB/Elrod/Trends is a horribly run business. If they can't maintain one property why do they keep adding more? The properties aren't taken care of because they're too cheap to hire more help. They don't pay their employees properly (heard this first hand from the maintenance guy-he worked over time and didn't even get paid for it) so they quit. They get promised raises so they come back. And the process goes on. All of these good reviews are fake- they all came at once. It's obvious to everyone that it's Jason, Meredith, or their employees posting. To those disgruntled tentants- CALL the health dept. when you have problems not getting fixed. They want to help. They have cases open on about 10 properties already. Jason's name is so well known in that office they won't even be surprised to get another call about his property. If you aren't taking action yourselves you have no right to complain. If you are then good for you. Jason gets away with this crap because people are lazy and afraid.
