I have called three time on their "24 hour" line and all that happens is that someone CONNECTS ME TO VOICEMAIL or takes a note that someone will call me, but it has been one week and nobody has.
Obviously the employees are on here writing all of the good stuff that doesn't exist about their properties. They are only nice when you are looking at the place, after that they disappear.
I don't care if you're a 25 year old that owns 300 properties- you obviously fail at what you're doing.
Jason Cohen is on a first-name basis with the people at the health department. That should tell you something!
