It is so obvious that any good review about this place, it's workers or staff, it's management or it's owners are posted by the owners themselves trying to defend the slums they rent and upkeep...I mean downkeep. Sorry Jason, you can't fool the people who know you and have delt with you. ABSOLUTE FILTH!!!!! Mervin Avenue used to be such a nice, clean street until the slumlord who took it over about 3 years ago managed to run it into the ground. Now trash blows all up and down the street. The hazmat team has been out one at least one occasion because toilet paper with human fesses was blowing all over the neighborhood. On any given day you can see in plain view busted open garbage bags containing everything from used condoms to rancid meat and tampons lying in the sun. The funny thing is the dumpsters will be empty and this stuff will still be lying there blowing all over the neighborhood. The slumloard just doen't have enough self respect to keep up with the things he owns I guess. I have talked on several occasions to the neighbors who live around this complex and they are at wits end. Constantly picking up filth and trash that blows in their yards. Anyhow if you live in Dormont call your local municipal office to complain. The secretary will put you in contact with the right people. I would truly be embarrased to call this place my home or my rental property for that matter.
