Don't believe a word of the good posts on here - it is all the office people from JLB/Trends entering the comments because they suck so much - look at the posts on their apartments compared to any other company...they outnumber them by 20 or so. That should answer any question anyone has about renting from these horrible people. I wish nothing good upon anyone who reads this from JLB/Trends due to your poor business practices. Karma is an interesting thing. Have fun with it down the road...it will all catch up with you.
