JLB is a well known slum operator that neglects its properties defrauds its tennants and uses the courts to threaten people, silence critics, and extort money

JLB still owes former tennants for court judgements awarded them when said tennants countersued JLB for using the courts to threaten them. They still owe me for a judgement I was awarded in 2005! Because I'm a poor student, their favorite type of victim, they ignore my demands for payment.
