I went to look at an apartment on Mervin Ave in Dormont yesterday...and holy crap. It was a complete disgusting mess. The paint was chipping everywhere, it was extremely dusty in the hallways, there were cigarette butts and empty cigarette packs everywhere, it smelled like marijuana, there was a pringles can on the window ledge in front that people were using as an ashtray. The apt that we looked at was super small and the one part of the hardwood floor was sinking in when you stepped on it. The basement smelled like gas and that's where the washers and dryers were and the floor was disgusting down there. There are 5 parking spaces in the back and not enough for everyone. It's a one way hill and if you can't get a parking space in the lot you have to park on the hill and there are like 2 spots near the apt on the hill. It was just completely gross. Do not rent from them!
