Bigger problem rather than shabby old apartment is shabby old landlord who will even charge you money for taking more than assigned number of breaths in his apartment.He will charge you for every single visit of your loved or near one for every single day.He is rude and hard of hearing (Worst combination ever).I think I made the biggest mistake ever by moving into this building.
