Don't do it, that's all I can say. I would put a lot more trust in the negative reviews than the anonymous positive reviews who probably are Kelly employees anyway. We took this apartment because it was gorgeous when we looked at it. After a long weekend of looking at apartments, this was like a breath of fresh air. You don't realize how awful it is until you start living there.
Right from the start things started going wrong. The garage window was broken on move in day. The air conditioner flooded the basement multiple times. The dryer vent kept falling off the wall. Windows wouldn't stay open, shades fell off the wall, the spout on the sink popped off several times. Getting them to come out to make any repairs was a joke. It took multiple emails and phone calls from my husband. Now they're making entry into our unit without warning or permission and trying to take money from our security deposit. They don't return phone calls, they don't respond to emails... it has just been a disaster all the way around.
As far as security goes? Our car was spraypainted a week after we moved in, along with several others in the lot, and someone tried to take the lawnchairs off of our back patio. Yeah, real safe.
