Kelly Realty has been absolutely fabulous - I'm stunned to see bad reviews here.
My apartment is in perfect order - great kitchen, new carpets, wall paint in great condition, great bathroom.
Plus, the staff is incredible. When my fridge broke, it was replaced within a few hours. Kelly Realty has always been helpful, courteous, friendly.
This is my second year here, and it's been great. The rent is good compared to what everyone else I know is paying.... and yet I like my place better than theirs. :)
I would HIGHLY recommend Kelly Realty to anyone searching for an apartment.
