I have rented all my life and this was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had!
Anytime we ever had a problem, the staff were rude and incosiderate. Believe me, it seemed like there were more problems then anything else. It took FOREVER to get anything fixed. In fact, many things had to be taken care of on our own. The only time they were ever responsive was when we turned them into the health dept.
The refused to work with us on anything and have been nothing but mean and nasty everytime I've called there. It's unbelievable some of the things they've said to me and accused me of.
I will NEVER rent from them again and I strongly urge you to look elsewhere when renting.
