I'm surprised to read all the bad reviews here. This realty beats my old landlord. Although the fridge was broken and certain things were missing, they fixed it really fast. I reported a missing closet rod and they fixed it within days and left no trace of their presence. Kelly Realty treated us really well, maybe they changed and decided to take their tenants seriously. I recommend them.
