I live in a different Joh C R Kelly apartment, but there was no review for "Four Seasons", that's okay, I'm not reviewing the apartment, I'm reviewing the Company. They are TERRIBLE!!!
We've put up with it for 2.5 years. I've had to call multiple times for things, and then did them myself. . .
At our Apartment Complex, there are actually spots with apartment numbers painted on them, 1 per apartment, you would think that means the spot with your number is yours, right? . . . WRONG!!! I've had to call because people kept parking in my spot, prime spot right by the door, to find out, "OH well, they're not really guaranteed, it's more like a courtesy we expect from our tenants." Well, that's no good, because, we were the only courteous people in the building.
Then when we go to move out, we had it set up to be able to terminate early with a fee, well I called to terminate and find out what to do and when I asked how I should go about the fee, the woman was nice and said it would come out of the security deposit, I was like, "Awesome!" And our last day was going to be Nov 1st. So I wrote something up and signed and faxed. . . Then we recieved a letter shortly after stating that the fee WILL NOT be coming out of our deposit, and our last day will be October 26th.
Then today we recieved a FINAL ELECTRIC BILL, and are a little confused because, we haven't notified Duquesne Light yet. . . Gee, I wonder who did? . . . Is that even legal!?
Will Definitely NEVER rent from any Kelly Realty, ever again, and will deter everyone I ever come in contact with.
