While the apartment is in a good location and a fair price, dealing with John CR Kelley Realty has been terrible. This is the general attitude among the tenants I have spoken with. It is not uncommon to call for a repair, and then end up with more damage or problems than before they came. Not to mention they leave a mess. And this hasn't been an isolated experience, I am talking about major problems - malfunctioning heat and plumbing. While I love the apartment, I would never rent from these people again. Living without heat and running water is not only a pain, but illegal. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience of their faulty building, the rental agents put the blame on the tenants. Quite nasty actually. But if you can deal with their attitude and the adventures of living in suboptimal conditions, then go for it. I've had much better experiences renting from private landlords however.
