Fairly nice apart. for the money, however there are serious bug problems(water bugs, milipedes..spriders..) awful smells travelling thoughout the apartments at all times, other tennants? and very noisey neigbors who dont respect other tennants.
They also decided to take over $100 of our security deposit to clean the floors. though we had done this ourselves before we left. they said they have the right to take whatever they want for carpet cleaning expenses, though our carpet was much cleaner than when we moved in! we had to clean it ourselves on moving in!...The office in pittsburgh, what a bunch of ignorant employees, yelling at me, sayin i lie, would not refund the money, and was very very rude, unbelievable they would talk to anyone like that, let alone someone who pays them on time and takes very good care of their property.
all these problems. i would never reccomend a property to anyone under and circumstances, we moved out 2.5 months before our 1 year lease was up and sacrificed payin two leases to be out of their apartment. dont do the same!
