There were once 31 bad reviews then 3 now there gone again. Lived in this place one year and had the following problems, inoperable sliding glass door (never fixed) no working smoke detectors (not just batteries but broke), hole in the ceiling that leaked ALOT, no heat or hot water for 2 weeks in the dead of winter, the laundry needs ectra money if it will get clean at all, attempted break in, secruity doors that were broke for weeks on end, no salting or snow removal unless you do it yourself, dont put anything on the kitchen counter or it will roll away! There noise sucks you can hear everything and I do mean EVERYTHING!!!!! When I called for my move out list it was to be "mailed right away" I left almost 2 months ago and I am still waiting for that list!!! Thats it, if you don't want to believe these reviews then you get what you pay for!!! Save your hard earned money and go somewhere else!!!
