Lobos Management should be avoided at all costs. Live in a hotel before you rent from them. They are extremely unhelpful and elusive. They will charge you for carpet cleaning even if you get it profesionally cleaned. They will do everything that they can to keep your security deposit. I actually had to sue them for my deposit and it was hell. They do not respond to the needs of renters and should be shut down. Warn everyone that you know.
