Its sad that a business like this continues to exist. A real failure of the free market. It was difficult just to get them to send me a lease once I was approved. Then they "lost" rent money that they had already cashed. They were completely inflexible on getting me the keys to my apartment, making my move in insanely more stressful than it needed to. They are also being extremely inflexible on my leaving the apartment, again making things extremely more stressful than they should be. I've long since given up on them actually fixing anything around the apartment. And it was filthy when I got. They are by far the worst landlord I have ever had.
