Eagle Nook in south park sounds nice and comfortable. Lobo's however makes living somewhere worse than living on the streets. I've lived in four different complexs in my life, I've never had the kind of utter disrespect and lies that I have from here. This company should be shut down, and should have to repay each and every one of their tennants their rent. If you make a complaint, they ignore it or hang up on you. If you ask for the manager Ron, he swears at you and denies you have any right to speak. And god forbid you complain about them to a company that will investigate them; then they try to flaw your character and get rid of you. Their properties are unsafe, dirty, and half assed. And their employees should be in prison. They will not repair appliances and if they do they will leave behind their mess, they will not fix broken doors, plow parking lots, or let alone clear ice from stairs. They will deny you've paid rent. Break into your apartment and claim you've changed the locks or there is a maintence problem. Also if you sign the lease, they break there terms and then lie and say you've broke yours. Not to mention you'll be lucky if you have hot water, or water at all. These scam artists do not pay their bills or take care of their properties. I suggest any tennant having a problem contact the Better Business Bureau and the Health Department. It takes more than one person to shut down a company that's build on lies. This family deserves to get a taste of what they do to others.
