I just moved out of their Eaglenook apartments after renting for over 6 years. They now claim that I owe them for $1600 in damages to the apartment. This includes $300 charge for painting the apartment--which is absolutely asinine and ridiculous. Painting an apartment between tenants is expected wear and tear.
In addition to the charges, they made math errors on the bill (in their favor) and failed to pay interest on the security deposit.
On top of this dispute I had the following list of complaints: slow or no response to maintance requests, slow snow removal, poor outdoor lighting due to burned-out bulbs, unusable buzzer system and many issues with the neighbors.
There are illegal drugs on the property and I've had to make numerous calls to local police for domestic disputes of my neighbors. These two issues were the final reasons that I quite the unit.
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!
