Waverly Street apartments currently under citation with the Allegheny County Health Department for over 20 violations. I have been waiting for over 4 months for replacement of a bathroom ceiling that collapsed. Electrical issues, lighting issues, water leaks, Lobos has it all. Constantly receiving shut off notices for both water and electric for non payment of bills. Deplorable conditions. I only hope I can get out before the place goes up in flames.
