The apartments themselves are ok - very basic and modest, but not total garbage. The building, however, is severly neglected, and has been for quite a while. Repeated correspondence with the management office results in "we're doing the best we can" and, in the instance of one phone call, the receptionist hung up on me. The landscaping is nonexistent, and has been since I moved in over a year ago. The public areas are completely neglected. While I like my apartment, I'm embarassed by the state of the building and grounds, and management has been completly non-responsive. If you're at all concerned about the appearence of the building or it's surroundings, I would NOT recommend.
