This is in regards to an apartment on McKee Place in Oakland... it was a little old and not cleaned very well before I moved in. The refrigerator was a p.o.s. and eventually died, but they replaced it right away with a brand new one. They had exterminators come out to the place and handled every issue with the place very promptly and were very nice!
The owner took it to another company halfway through the lease and this company IS HORRIBLE. I wish I had Sachs again :-(
