Lived in Apt for 2 years. The company owner Herb and his secretary Joyce were horrible! Extremely rude, disorganized, maintenance requests were a joke (they never kept any record of your requests and had no follow-up), not to mention the fact that the upkeep and building maintenance was so poor that there are multiple safety issues including electrical hazards, mold, and H20 problems, it would surely not pass code if inspected. I've talked with several residents (past and present) of this company and many had worse experiences than I did.
They caused me so many headaches and problems, I consulted a lawyer on two occasions during my lease. Trust me, I have had bad landlords before, but this group takes the prize... the worst experience ever-- stay clear!!!
