After two years of leasing from this agency I have to say I would never let my enemies deal with Carol, the woman who runs the show there. Prior to signing the lease she was polite and seemed like any of the previous landlords I had dealt with. However, soon after she did a 180. She was rude, failed to return our calls in a timely manner and at some points even nasty to us. On one occasion we were left without hot water for two days in the middle of winter and when someone was actually sent out to fix the issue he did a half assed job and we had to call again for plumbing maintance the following month on the same issue and they never sent someone! I do not think this agency cares for YOU the renter... they seemed much more concerned with over charging you (while not showing you bills) and harrasing you when you managed to talk to Carol as opposed to the answering service which I reached many times. I also noted that as opposed to talking to me, a female, Carol preferred to talk to my male roomate. Towards the end she discounted any issue I raised and responded, rudely, to my roomate. We ended up with numerous unprofessional phone messages, emails and giantic headaches. (if you do deal with this agency... keep all contacts made with them on file and save your messages as you may end up talking about going to court with them!) Please, if you want to keep your sanity, find somewhere else to rent.
