Achtung!!! To potential tenants: DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT!!!! Rent from this agency. You will pay unexplainable water bills, fix any problems yourself, be without hot water for days at a time, and be screamed at by an obviously very unstable landlady, if she hasn't been institutionalized already. You have been warned, stay clear!
