I can honestly say that I've never encountered these horror stories! If you don't pay your rent or follow your lease, OF COURSE Carol will turn psycho--any angency would. I've always paid ontime, never had pets, and never broke anything and have never had a problem with Saniel-Elkind. Carol is a bit disorganized at times but she's always been very good to us. Things would always get fixed if they were emergencies and, most times, the answering service would contact the maitenance people. We had some security issues and Carol had all the locks changed.
We've lived here for three years and are only moving now because Carol sold the place to ACTUAL dickhead owners. Carol was nothing compared to Forbes Management. Talk about psychos. However, I'm contacting Carol about current properties she has open for when we move. I wouldn't rent from anyone else!
