We've lived in our apartment for two years now, and Steiner has been nothing but helpful to us. Anytime anything needed to be repaired, their maintenance staff was at our apartment the next morning (they're really nice guys too). They were also great about agreeing to requests that we had when we moved in initially (putting a laminate on the wood floors, repainting the apartment, etc.). Also, I feel that Steiner gives you an excellent value. Our apartment is very fairly priced and even includes ALL UTILITIES in our rent! I highly recommend renting from Steiner (and I'm pretty picky about my living conditions!).
