I had to come to rant a bit about this company. Just cuz I've been so dissappointed in the past and have had my share of complaints with other management companies. I figure, since I've had a great experience thus far, I might as well share it.
Trends Capital has been nothing but attentive to my needs. I was locked out of my apartment at 3AM after (shamefully... one of those nights). Within a half hour, I was in my warm apartment (it was freezing outside).
I have to hand it to them. I could tell the person on the other line was half asleep or something, and I basically ruined that night for them, but they did it. $50.00 was a small fee to pay for that huge mistake on my part.
Anyways.. That is just one example that I've needed them and they've been there. They are professional, and knowledgeable about what is going on this building and they are on top of their game. Feel safe and in good hands when you rent from these guys.
