Don't rent from these slumlords. Jason Cohen is the biggest thief in the Pittsburgh area and I encourage everyone to read reviews and tell their friends before renting from them. Unresponsive and rude. Jason won't talk to you ever until he needs his money. I have talked with numerous people who have rented from JLB/Trends and not one person had a good experience. They have gone through so many receptionists, aka, the people who talk to you because Jason won't, not to mention maintenance people. Have a good lawyer on hand because you'll get screwed on everything with these people. Mark everything down on your move-in sheet, take pictures, etc. Call the Department of Health for issues that are not responded to immediately. Document everything, whether it be emails or phone calls. The whole company sucks and I hope that making the public aware of this corrupt company that we can stop them from making absurd amounts of money through repeated unethical business practices.
