This is the old El Rod Investment which was featured on the front page of the Post Gazette for their horrible management. At least 5-8 calls to get anything fixed. Without heat for a 5-6 days last winter. Then they have taken 60 plus days to return the security deposit when we left the apartment better than we found it. They keep changing their name but they can't run from the horrible owner behind it. Do not rent from this landlord or you will regret it. Check out the post gazette article (Jan 07)
