All these negative postings seem like they are from the same upset person... And to the girl that found a rouch in her apartment, you should read up on landlord tenant law. If you find a roach in your apartment its your problem, not the landlords unless multiple other Tenants complain about it. Finding one little roach does not give you a reason to attack anyone but your untidy self until further notice from neighboring tenants. Maybe you should not be such a slob and a pist off person for that matter. Trends is a great company. I've only had the priveledge to have them as my landlord for a few months since they took over the old landlord just recently. But since then, they have a website. You can pay online. You can see all the apartments they have available. They answer the phone 24 hours a day, they have great repair men that are very professional and dressed in uniform.
I'm so happy with Trends. Such a great change from who I use to have. These people are professional and thats a nice change from the unexperienced landlords who own one property and think they own me. I'm staying with trends as long as my college life keeps me in Pitt. I recommend them to anyone who wont blame someone else for finding a roach in their own filth.
