Well, I moved in on August 1st of 2007 and unless your moving into New Construction, you should expect to experience similar problems that I have had. Not the exact ones but come on, if your expecting perfection then go pay 1000 for a 1 bedroom. I'm looking for a Great property in a great location and that is what I got here... so anyways... I have had 3 different issues. The first was a broken stove - Got replaced with a BRAND NEW one in about 3 days. 2nd Was a leaky faucet - BRAND NEW faucet in about 7 hours after my first call and finally was a late notice that I infact was not late and proved it to them with a check stub. Notices stopped and my account was corrected. So point of this story is, if you expect things done the second you call, or if you get pist off when something does not ALWAYS go right then go buy yourself a house, or go pay BIG $$$$$$ for some other apartment. Trends Capital has always been there for me when I've contacted them. They attend me within a reasonable amount of time and they are always professional and respectful to me. When renting any property here in Pittsburgh, As I've done on many, many occassions, I have yet to live somewhere where there was not one maintenance issue. I have also yet to live somewhere where they have Professional Services until now. Here, I can call 24 hours a day, I can walk into their offices if I have a problem, and the biggest most important thing is I am dealing with some professionals when it comes to the safety and maintenance of my home. I will be here for many years. I recommend Trends Capital very highly.
