We have been living at Negley for about 4 months now and have not had much of a problem with this company. The only issue we have run into is that they tend to come into the apartment to fix things unannounced. This has created a problem for our pets. Other than that, however, they have been better than other landlords we have encountered before. They do fix the things that we request, and the property is well maintained. Lights in the halls and outside are replaced, the grass is well kept, overall, a fairly good experience. As far as the neighborhood goes, it's not something that they can fix, but we do not feel safe here. Within 2 weeks of us moving in, a woman was mugged right in front of our porch. Just wanted to add something fairly positive to this company's name, and let people know that they aren't as bad as people are making them out to be.
