I have many issues with Jason Cohen aka JLB aka Trends Cap. But my major complaint going on here today is that he has yet to turn the heat on. By LAW - tenants should have heat access from Oct. 1st until May 31st according the the ACDH. I had to call the health dept three times last year. Twice so he would turn it on -- another time in the middle of February when it was shut off for 3 days. The health dept. employee snickered when he heard his name... he said he has heard a lot of complaints about this person. As for free heat? It is a joke. This is a mickey mouse operation ran by some of the most inexperienced, unprofessional and under-educated people... a total joke.
