It's October 29, 2007. It was 33 degrees last night and still the heat has not been turned on. The heat is supposed to be turned on by October 1 and it should be 68 degrees minimun in the apartment the entire apartment in every room. If you get no response from the managment (I haven't), please call the Allegheny Health Department @ 412-687-2243 and Report it and any other problems you are having.
