Although I've lived at Waldorf for many years, I've grown weary.
I've lived in the 'tower', but now find it too cramped. Half of the gyms equipment is broken, the pool is seldom open. The apartments are poorly maintained.
But I finally decided to move due to the horrendous, rude customer service. In fact, the management doesn't make you feel like a customer at all.
Your first bad experience with Waldorf will start when you call the office and they don't introduce themselves on the phone.
Spend the extra money and move somewhere you are treated as a client, and not an inconvenience.
