Apartment Review for Carlyle Arms

I stayed here for 1 year.Manager Wayne is rudeHe is never ever in his office to listen to you.He has big notice outside his appartment DO NOT DISTURB ,You can see that when you go to rent.Place is full of roaches and bed bugs.If you dare to ever inform him he is going to say --you brought them in with you as if they are available at pet mart.Once you are out of your appartment management will be there to steal your things.Laptop,jewellry other valuables will be stolen once you are out for vaccations.Keys are with them so they can come and go without informing you.Park in guest parking and you will get a sarcastic notice and your/your guests car will be tied in chains.I wont wonder if he uses f word or abuses you.They will never ever return your security deposit.You will be dragged to court and tortured till you are in tearsand write a review like this.
