Apartment Review for Jj Land Company

If you could, avoid JJ Land at all cost! The only reason we stayed with them is because it's difficult to find a pet-friendly apartment near Pitt. Otherwise, we would have moved out right after we moved in. The apartment was dirty, with very, very bad heating system. They couldn't even support a space heater for our unit, but our neighbor who has lived here for more than a decade is allowed to have even an extra refrigerator OUTSIDE their unit. The staff is unfriendly, and rude, except for the one woman, I think Debbie or something. The rest, they don't care about keeping customers feel appreciated. They like to make their tenants feel like children (I've read and talked to a few) just because they sit behind their small desks. I'm glad to finally leave.
