Apartment Review for Kellywood Manor And Hunter Gardens

This apartment is not only unkept, but also a dangerous neighborhood to live in. I lived here for two years and have been woken up countless times by neighbors fighting (even threatening to use guns). The manager is also very unprofessional and is a bit of a drunk...if you call him with a problem he will cuss you out due to being intoxicated. The cops are down here all the time for drug arrests and domestic violence. The management is also very poor and will not fix anything right when called to..I have had maintenance leave garbage in my apartment with a note to clean it up after them. You can also hear EVERYTHING that your neighbors are doing including phones going off on vibrate. I can't believe plum residents actually stand having this place in their neighborhood.
