these attractive units an unattractive long-term solution for students. While secured parking is available, the garage doors are often out of service. Units are VERY drafty. Although the lofts are interesting, what idiot doesn't know that heat rises? The heat registers are located on the top level of our unit and the lower level freezes. Our bill was over $200 last month for 500 sqft. Not efficient. The dust and exhaust fumes from the constant traffic in the alley creates a black dust in our apartment. The floors on the main level are a carbon-based concrete that were never finished, so everything you wear on your feet turns black too. You cannot keep the floors clean. This all would be OK I guess, if the staff treated anyone with just a little courtesy. Every email is bad news including this one from February 09 requesting to have your packages delivered somewhere else due to stealing. Good luck at the Luna Lofts. We are moving on.

Dear tenants,
We received a complaint about a package that was apparently delivered by
UPS to a tenant's loft door inside LUNA building on Sunday. The tenant
checked the tracking through UPS, which confirmed the delivery, but when
the tenant checked their front door area and along the hallway, their
package was gone.
Unfortunately we have to assume the worst in that the package was
probably stolen. If you have any information about this package please
contact us immediately. We can only suggest that if you are expecting
deliveries in the future, to have packages delivered directly to the UPS
store or to the post office, or try to arrange a time to receive the
package when you are present in the building.
