Some residents who have lived here in the past have had issues with the pricing, but it with the spacious loft size, it seems that residents get a lot for their money. This apartment definitely makes you feel like you're living like a professional.

However, the rent was high and the electric heating/ac makes the energy bills high as well. The vent system is poorly designed to release heat to the top of the loft only... I guess no one told them heat rises?

The landlord was hard to deal with, but the maintenance staff was extremely friendly and efficient!

Think long and hard before moving in, realize the lease has a ton of stipulations and basically everything you do or want to do in your place could default your lease.

Sound was awful, you could hear everything between bedrooms/apartments.

The negatives can be overlooked though because of the size and style of each loft. Your friends will be jealous.
