Apartment Review for Minnesota St

These apartments are the worst things i have ever lived in. They have had a huge rat problem and no one has tried to fix the problem. The basments leak and smell like mold. There are no A/C, no comforts. There has been several times when i have went to tak a shower and the water was brown. And after all this they raised the rent on us. I wouldn't let a homless person live here
