Apartment Review for Pennsbury Village Unit 1258

Pennsbury Village is a wonderful community overall, but units have different owners. Don't rent from the owner of unit 1258. She is very manipulative and misleading, and no matter what you do to upkeep, you won't get all of your security deposit back!!!!
