I have rented with Steiner for one year. Overall, the apartment buildings are nice (for Pittsburgh) and they are pretty responsive to maintenance requests. I have never felt unsafe or had major issues with leaks, rodents, or any other atrocity. The one downfall is the rudeness of some of the "front-line" workers. A few of the people that you come into contact with regularly (that work in the main office and would process requests) are quite rude and take their jobs too seriously. I've had to verbally check their attitudes. Only then after I snapped back, did they treat you courteously. I've run into this with other companies. Often the ladies in the main office believe they own the place and are on power trips. Recognize this for what it is: low self-esteem and make sure to curb their attitudes by pushing back. If you do this, you're experience with Steiner will be great!

I have had a Wonderful experience with Steiner Realty. I recently renewed my lease because of the location, safety, great unit and excellent staff. The apartment itself is spacious and affordable. The staff and maintenance are far superior to other companies I have rented from. I absolutely recommend Steiner Realty to anyone renting in the Pittsburgh area.

I just resigned another lease in Mt. Lebanon. This is exactly the way a property management company is supposed to run. Any problems were quickly fixed. Nice property. I recommend.

My mother and grandma have been renting from Steiner Realty the last year. Casey has been very good at keeping tabs with my husband and I on everything. He is very patient and understanding. I also think the apartment is adorable.

We've lived in our apartment for two years now, and Steiner has been nothing but helpful to us. Anytime anything needed to be repaired, their maintenance staff was at our apartment the next morning (they're really nice guys too). They were also great about agreeing to requests that we had when we moved in initially (putting a laminate on the wood floors, repainting the apartment, etc.). Also, I feel that Steiner gives you an excellent value. Our apartment is very fairly priced and even includes ALL UTILITIES in our rent! I highly recommend renting from Steiner (and I'm pretty picky about my living conditions!). <P>

I lived in a Steiner building for 2 years and never had an issue. They fixed things quickly and cut me a break if my rent was late. Very good landlords... in fact, I just rented from them for a third year in a different building. <P>

I've rented from Steiner for a year and a half now, and they've been nothing but helpful. They are quick to fix things, and when our stove broke, they replaced it within 48 hours. I highly recommend them.
