Apartment Review for Trends Capital, Llc Aka Jlb Investment Properties

I've been living at this property for about 7 years here in Bethel Park. When I was told to go online and say a few good things about the company, I took it upon myself to do just that... In the past 7 years I've been living at this property in Library Road and have been through 3 different Management Companies. The two previous landlords were a joke. The first one promised that they were going to repair the roads, and do some landscaping and paint the units... well 2 years into that... NOTHING. The last landlord that took over promised to pave the roads, clean up the landscaping and paint the buildings, 4 years into that, NOTHING!! Oh actually yes something... The building was Foreclosed on!!! In Comes Trends Capital, guess what they said... They promised in a few months they were going to pave the road, paint the buildings and do some landscaping... 4 Months Later what happened? ALL OF THAT AND MUCH MORE!!! Needless to say my expectations were not high for Trends Capital based on the previous unmet promises. But they came through. In addition to the lovely landscaping, a new street and the buildings being painted, they have replaced all the garage doors, they have given everyone a new driveway, they have just done an amazing job. I cannot complain in the least bit! Trends Capital is awesome!
