Review for Trends Capital Llc Apartments

I've been living in a unit owned by Trends Capital for less than a month and already I've hired a lawyer to get out of my lease. The maintenance line is a joke; no one ever calls back. Managers are magically never available. My air conditioning was broken during this entire month (the hottest month of the summer). The ceiling leaked and completely ruined my work-sponsored laptop. After telling them all this, there was still no response whatsoever.

To people who complain on this site: don't just sit around. The lease says they have to fix things with "reasonable promptness." Go to this site -->

You have legal rights, and they don't have to be that expensive. Don't be lazy--get pissed.

People who say Trends Capital isn't as bad as we make it out to be have just gotten incredibly lucky that all of their shit works in their apartment.
