It's not all good, though. The floors are thin, so neighbor noise comes through loud and clear. Parties abound in the neighborhood (Shadyside). Maintenance calls have gone COMPLETELY ignored, which will be a problem when February starts pouring through the door. This is a fix-it-yourself kind of establishment.
