Excellent Maintenance Staff!

I was really surprised with their response time. Over the past year I had 3 seperate times times that I needed to call Trends Capital. 2 out of the 3 times they were there the same day and the 3rd time (I called at the end of day) they came the following day. I&#39;m really impressed by this company. I&#39;ve never been treated so attentively by a management company. I recommend them highly.

    wow.... this was very obviously posted by the owner of this company or somebody working for him. i had multiple maintenance issues that took forever to correct or were completely half assed repairs. for example:

    my bedroom window frame rotted and the window fell out in the middle of winter, i was told soonest they could fix it was in 5-7 days. (meanwhile snow was coming into my room). a month later after repeated complaint calls and no response i threatened to call the Allegheny County Health Dept.... the window was fixed two days later...

    AVOID THIS ANY PLACE OWNED BY THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
