Apartment Review for Trends Capital Llc

Trends capital is the WORST landlords ever. They don't fix anything in the house, even if you report it multiple times. The constantly fine us for rent 'being late', even though they cash the checks. They had residents cars towed from the parking spots they pay for, then refused to pay for the car to be released, putting them out ~$100. They didn't pay the water bill for 6 months, then demanded we pay it, even though the lease says that they will pay it. They also sent us a letter saying they were taking us to court, just because our rent got lost in the mail. They didn't even call to ask us about it first!!

I'm sure the 5 star reviews on this site are fake. EVERYONE in the building hates them, probably why 6 out of the 7 apartments in the building aren't renewing their leases!
