Lack of safe parking (without falling tree limbs), maintenance and office staff were all issues at one time or another. The fees became unreasonable over the years. I would not recommend this complex especially for those who have plans to rent for an extended period of time. Who know what the rental fee will be in a few years.

We are saddened that you feel you did not have a positive experience with Ridley Station. You were a tenant for six years though so it could not have been that unpleasant. Unfortunately, tree limbs can and do fall periodically. As far as the fees, the only rental fees we charge are an annual inspection fee by the Borough of Ridley Park. That is not something we control. It is our hope that you have found the perfect rental for you.
